Instructor Training
We offer a variety of courses for companies wishing to benefit from the
advantages of having their own instructor - a method that offers great
freedom in designing the course.
Here is an overview of the instructor courses we are offering at present.
Course design
Theory is "sandwiched" with practice. The course days start early and end late. The pace is quick and demands a high degree of commitment from attendees.

Intensive training during five days and three evenings.
Miscellaneous
We recommend that alumni from this course follow up as soon as possible with the continuing course, Practice in Practice, which gives the opportunity of applying and deepening one's teaching skills.
There is an array of continuing courses for forklift instructors, all of which provide up-to-date knowledge of technology, regulations etc. They also provide better teaching skills, both concerning how to plan a lesson and how to handle the teacher-student dialog. In addition, each continuing course concentrates on a specific area.
Continuing Courses
There is no obligation to take the courses in the order that they are listed, but we recommend participants to take the Continued teaching skills course before the In-Depth course.

You follow one of our experienced teachers as a teaching assistant in one of the open forklift operator courses. You receive continuous guidance.

Instructor Training Step 1
The course provides the factual knowledge and teaching skills needed to train forklift operators. To attend the course, you must have taken MA-system's basic forklift operator course, or an equivalent course. Anyone who has attended the instructor course has the right (upon receiving clearance from the employer) to train forklift operators at his own company.Course design

- How to captivate and explain - Communication and teaching techniques.
- Laws and regulations.
- Lesson planning.
- How to use the training material correctly.
- How to plan and execute driving exercises and other practical course items.

A continuation of the intensive course, centering on practical application. The course is also suitable as a combined memory-jogger and inspiration for more experienced educators.Course design

Teaching Skills Continued Step 3
This course builds on the instructor training you have previously received. The stress is placed on communication and teaching technique and on refreshing your basic knowledge of the subject.Course design

Two days.
Teaching Skills, In-Depth Step 4
This course deepens your teaching skills. The stress is put less on teaching techniques than on attitudes, understanding and ways of thinking and the ability to handle interpersonal relations.Course design
The course is designed as a seminar, which allows plenty of room for your own questions and for exchanging experiences.
